presented for a coronary angiogram and cardiac CT.

The CT shows a complex plaque with calcific and non-calcific
elements causing significant narrowing. In such situations, accurate
measurements are not easy, but there is an obvious high-grade
stenosis, which is greater than 70% (which is all that matters
in clinical practice).
In this case, to better assess the lesion, a vessel view technique
was applied, in which the vessel is straightened out and rotated
through its own axis, so that the lumen can be assessed throughout
360 degrees. This made a big difference in assessing the lumen.
